Minyona Digital Marketing.Started 2010, running.

Lead generation for home improvement contractors. I started it in 2010 and I still run it.

This page is about how it works. To hire the company, go to minyona.com.

How it works

From the ad to the appointment

  1. Ads in the contractor's own account

Facebook and Instagram ads run through the contractor's own ad account.

  2. A landing page built for that one company

Homeowners land on a page built for that contractor and answer a few questions.

  3. An appointment on their calendar

The homeowner books a time on the contractor's calendar, and a team confirms the appointment.

  4. They pay per lead, not per month

Contractors pay per lead or per booked appointment. There is no monthly retainer, and a bad lead is disputed in one click.

Minyona Partners

Built 2026, live

The CRM and client portal Minyona runs on.

I built it instead of buying one. The billing, the lead delivery, and the client's view of both are one system, and it installs on a phone like an app.

  • Leads

    Every lead in one list.

  • Appointments

What is booked and what is confirmed.

  • Billing

What has been charged, on the same screen as the leads it came from.

  • Creative approval

Clients approve ad creative before it runs.

  • One-click disputes

A bad lead is disputed with one button.

  • Team permissions

Separate access for an owner, a manager, and a rep.

Contractor websites

Made for years, live

Hand-coded websites built to get contractors found in Google and in ChatGPT.

No CMS, no page builder, no template. Each one is hand-written HTML and CSS, with a page for each service a contractor offers and an llms.txt file for AI assistants to read.
